Yes. TrackMyOsu is free and ad-supported. There is no paid tier and no install — login with your osu! account, click Start Session before you play, and your stats are tracked.

Does TrackMyOsu need my osu! password?

No. TrackMyOsu uses osu! OAuth, the same authorization flow used by other osu! tools. You log in on osu.ppy.sh and authorize TrackMyOsu to read your public stats — your password is never sent to TrackMyOsu.

How is TrackMyOsu different from osu!'s own profile page?

osu!'s site shows your current totals. TrackMyOsu adds session-by-session tracking — start a session before you play, and when you stop you get a permanent record of exactly which top plays were new, how much pp you gained, and how your rank moved during that session.
